Ms. Brabet-Friel became CEO of The SCP Group in 2015.
Since 2009, she has worked within the Sistema organisation--including in her current role-- overseeing the investments of institutional Russian and Western investors in Russia and abroad, including the management of Arista SICAV-SIF, a Luxembourg-regulated real estate fund fully invested in Moscow commercial real estate. She was instrumental in the scaling up of SCP’s High Street Portfolio and its successful exit, as well as the establishment of x+bricks, a German food-anchored, real estate investment platform.
Ms. Brabet-Friel was previously responsible for the USD 1.5 billion portfolio of Sistema’s listed property company, Sistema-Hals (2007-2009), overseeing investment, divestment, development and strategic asset management issues. During her time in Russia, she gained access to the institutional capital that now acts as anchor for SCP’s new strategies.
Prior to that, Ms. Brabet-Friel worked for M&A US law firm Skadden in New York and Paris.
She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and also holds a master’s degree from the Pantheon-Sorbonne (Paris). Ms. Brabet-Friel is admitted to practice law in New York and Paris.
